Heather Campbell has combined her education, experience and ‘need to initiate’ by stimulating the literary arts in northern Ontario. She founded and held the position of Festival Director for Wordstock Sudbury Literary Festival between 2015-2025. She is the owner/publisher of Latitude 46 Publishing, a literary trade publisher with over 55 titles published since 2015. She was recognized in 2017 for her entrepreneurship by the YWCA Sudbury’s Women of Distinction award and in 2023 received the Margaret Philips Award from the Northwestern Ontario Writers Workshop (NOWW) for outstanding contributions to publishing, promoting, or supporting the literature of Northwestern Ontario.

Borga Dorter is a Canadian Screen Award-winning producer and founder of Gearshift Films since 2010. Borga has produced more than forty productions to date. He recently produced the Amazon Prime/Sinking Ship Entertainment series BEYOND BLACK BEAUTY, a Canada/Belgium co-production, and is co-creator/executive producer on the BBC comedy series QUEEN OF OZ starring Catherine Tate.

His selected feature credits under the Gearshift banner include THE WHITE FORTRESS, Canada’s first official co-production with Bosnia-Herzegovina supported by Eurimages which premiered at the 2021 Berlin International Film Festival and was selected as Bosnia’s official entry for the 2021 foreign language Oscar; THE LAST MARK starring Shawn Doyle, which was selected for the TIFF Industry Selects program in 2021; TAINTED, a noir thriller starring Alan Van Sprang (Star Trek Discovery) and John Rhys-Davies (The Lord of the Rings, Indiana Jones) which was picked up by Epic Pictures for US distribution and is being sold internationally by Hyde Park Entertainment; WITCHES IN THE WOODS starring Corbin Bleu (Disney’s High School Musical) which was released in the US by Shout Factory/XYZ Films and sold internationally by Voltage Pictures; and THE WAITING ROOM from Canadian auteur filmmaker Igor Drljaca which had its world premiere in competition in the 2015 Locarno International Film Festival followed by its North American premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival.

Melanie St-Pierre is a musician, music industry professional, and illustrator from Northern Ontario who resides in Sudbury, Ontario. Melanie is the lead singer and songwriter of the critically acclaimed band Casper Skulls, which was previously nominated for a SOCAN songwriting award.

Through her many years of work as a professional musician - Melanie has developed a plethora of music business knowhow - including successful grant writing, tour booking, promotion, public relations, musician's rights, copyright, licensing, partnership building, and more. In her work with CION - Melanie has conducted consultations with hundred of Northern Ontario musicians on topics ranging from funding to releasing to touring and beyond - helping Northern musicians with every facet of their music business development. Melanie has also facilitated successful songwriting, professional development, music business training and showcasing sessions through CION. Melanie is a graduate of the Visual and Creative Arts program with honors from Sheridan College, where she received the Works of Paper Award of Excellence.
