RESOURCES AND PROGRAMS
Ontario Creates supports the Film and Television industries through a variety of programs, events, and funds, such as the Film Fund and Export Fund. Ontario Creates' Film Commission provides film attraction and facilitation services, including Ontario Creates' digital locations database, which is accessible online 24 hours a day and contains over 250,000 digital images, representing over 11,800 individual filming locations. Ontario Creates is also the managing partner of the jointly funded Toronto/Ontario Film Office in L.A.

Tax Credits
Ontario offers three tax credits for film and television: Ontario Production Services Tax Credit (OPSTC); Ontario Film and Television Tax Credit (OFTTC); and the Ontario Computer Animation and special Effects Tax Credit (OCASE).
Funding
Ontario Creates provides funding for the film industry via its Film Fund and for both the film and television industry through the International Business Development/Export Program.
Film Commission
The Ontario Film Commission will help you take projects from script to screen. Services include: pre-production research; location scouting and support; access to our digital locations database; government and community liaison; advice and service.

Ontario Creates helps Ontario producers find international partners through a variety of initiatives. As well as helping Ontario producers find international partners, Ontario Creates can help them find books to adapt; music for projects; and partners for digital marketing ideas.

Ontario Creates provides research on the film and television industry including industry profiles and annual production statistics. Our Online Research Library is accessible 24/7 and contains hundreds of Ontario Creates-funded and other industry studies.
